“Tom is an absolute pro with a long track record of legislative successes in Washington,” said Patrick O’Neill, principal at PSW. “His understanding of the legislative process, longstanding relationships, and policy acumen will create value for our clients on day one. We’re delighted to have Tom join our practice.”

Nagle brings to PSW over 20 years of experience in Washington, D.C., in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining PSW, Nagle served as Director of U.S. Government Relations for Accenture, where he led the company’s federal, state, and local government relations program. Nagle worked directly with Accenture’s senior leadership across a variety of industries and issue sets, including healthcare, transportation, and cybersecurity, and federal procurement.

“I'm thrilled to join the outstanding team at PSW. It's an unprecedented time in Washington with so many unique challenges and opportunities before Congress. I look forward to working with my PSW colleagues to help our clients achieve their objectives.”

Before joining Accenture, Nagle served New Mexico Senator Tom Udall as Chief of Staff for 12 years, eight in the House and four in the Senate. Nagle led a diverse staff of 45 people and acted as the Senator's chief strategist on issues of critical importance to New Mexico, including those before the Senate Committees on Commerce, Science & Transportation, Indian Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and Environment & Public Works. He also managed Udall’s external political team.

Earlier in his career, Nagle served as the Financial Services Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and as Political Director for the National Association of Letter Carriers.
