Colton Hotary serves as a director for PSW, working primarily on legislative research, client development, and day-to-day client research. Hotary supports clients on issues relating to trade, financial services, defense, energy, transportation, agriculture, and international affairs.
Prior to joining PSW in January 2015, Hotary worked as a Regional Field Organizer for the New Hampshire Democratic Party during the 2014 election. While there he was in charge of field operations for the state’s fourth largest town, Rochester. His efforts helped to secure victories for Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Congresswoman Annie Kuster, Governor Maggie Hassan, and Executive Councilor Colin Van Ostern.
Hotary earned his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in International Relations from the University of Arkansas 2011. He earned his M.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy from the University of Arkansas in 2013.
Hotary is a native Arkansan now living in Washington, D.C.
