Patrick O'Neill is managing principal at PSW, working with a variety of clients on issues relating to commerce, transportation, energy, agriculture, financial services, immigration, appropriations, and federal tax policy. O’Neill also oversees PSW’s staff and operation.
Prior to joining Public Strategies Washington in 2007, O’Neill spent three years as Manager for Political Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, O’Neill directed the Committee of 100, a coalition of top trade association CEOs. He also managed grassroots advocacy and coalition building within the U.S. Chamber’s federation of small businesses. Prior to his Chamber responsibilities, O’Neill served in a variety of management and political roles for the Democratic National Committee and the John Kerry for President Campaign in 2003-2004.
O’Neill earned his B.A. in Political Science from Duke University, where he was a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team for four years. He earned his M.B.A from Georgetown University in 2012, and sits on the Advisory Board for the Lead the Way Fund.
